Quality, Terms & Conditions

Quality Policy

Reeset Electronics, operates along the guidelines laid down in the ISO 9000 series of standards as stated in the Institute of Quality Assurance publication "Quality Systems in the Small Firm".

The Company complies with all legislation relevant to the Industries in which it operates and also the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) procedures.

Standard Terms & Conditions

All orders are accepted by Reeset Electronics, subject to the following conditions of sale to the exclusion of any other Terms and Conditions. Any variation specifically agreed between the Parties to these Terms and Conditions shall be in writing. The Contract shall be governed by English Law.


Payment shall be strictly nett within 30 days of Invoice date. Time of payment is the essence of all Contracts. Overdue accounts will attract debt recovery costs and statutory interest accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998 as amended and supplemented by the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.

Title of Goods

All Goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of Reeset Electronics until such time as the Buyer has paid the Contract price together with any other monies due to Reeset Electronics under any other Contract.


All quotations are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated, and are subject to delivery charges and VAT. Reeset Electronics reserves the right to review the quotation should the Buyer change instructions, delivery dates, quantities or specifications for the Goods or any delay caused by the Buyer's failure to give adequate instructions or information.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of an order can only be accepted after prior negotiation and agreement. Generally, on no account can cancellations be entertained for items ordered specially on the Buyer's behalf.


No returns except "under guarantee".

Shortages and Damages.

Claims to be made in writing within 3 days of delivery of the Goods. Full details of the circumstances of any alleged loss must be given in writing . It is the Buyer's responsibility to refuse any damaged parcels.


Reeset Electronics will endeavour to deliver the Goods by the agreed date(s), but any such date(s) are approximate only. However, Reeset Electronics shall be under no liability for delay, or consequences thereof however caused, and such delay will not entitle the Buyer to refuse or postpone acceptance of the Goods.

Fitness for Purpose

Reeset Electronics disclaims any implied warranty for a particular purpose. The Buyer must determine by its own skill and judgment that the Goods will suit the Buyer's particular requirements. Reeset Electronics will not be held liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss of profits howsoever caused either within or outside Reeset Electronics control.

Except for any liability for death or personal injury which Reeset Electronics may incur from negligence or under Part 1 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, Reeset Electronics shall not be liable in any way whatsoever whether in misrepresentation, in tort, in Contract or under statute or Common Law or otherwise for any consequential or other loss, injury or damage however caused and whether caused by the negligence of Reeset Electronics which may arise out of or in connection with the supply of the Goods to the Buyer.

No obligation or liability shall result from providing the Buyer with casual technical advice.


That Reeset Electronics acknowledges the Confidential Information of the Buyer, and agrees not to divulge such information other than in connection with his duties to the Buyer.
